Mike is our newest member starting in January 2025!. He is currently completing the last phase of his Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University. Let’s read what Mike has to say:

My counselling approach is primarily psychodynamic and transgenerational, focused on understanding you, your story, and what makes you who you are. By exploring the people, places, and experiences that shape your life, I hope to help you write the next chapter of your story with faith and purpose. When issues require a quick resolution, I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you regain balance and confidence.
